The current programme is Chinese-first and can change, so check the official venue account for the live listing, subtitles or translation, start time, age guidance, seating and ticket availability.
A useful official-ticket habit is to search WeChat for the public account “无锡大剧院抢票神器”, then use 在线购票 → 演出列表. Follow the official ticket link and be cautious with unofficial resellers. Wuxi local listings also advise using the official theatre route rather than a copied ticket page.
For a first visit, save the venue name in Chinese, use DiDi to the entrance, allow 30–45 minutes for security and ticket collection, and check whether a passport is needed for collection. Children’s shows may have age rules, and a performance described as dance, xiqu or visual theatre may not have English dialogue.
