Echoes of Dunhuang uses replica caves, mural studies, reconstructed painted sculpture, digital light and immersive settings to introduce the artistic development of the Mogao Caves and their place on the Silk Road.
This is a paid exhibition in the central wing's second-floor gallery. The museum directs visitors to buy tickets at the first-floor cultural shop and collect a commemorative ticket before entering.
