The network currently has Lines 1, 2, 3, 4 and S1. Line 1 runs north–south through Wuxi Railway Station and Sanyang Plaza. Line 2 runs east–west and connects the city centre with Wuxi East Railway Station. Line 3 serves Shuofang Airport. Line 4 crosses the city toward the Taihu International Expo Center, while S1 continues north to Jiangyin.
The base fare is ¥2 for the first 5 km. You can buy a single ticket at station machines using cash, WeChat or Alipay. You can also scan a Wuxi transport QR code from Alipay, WeChat or the Ma Shang Xing app when entering and leaving.
Wuxi does not currently have its own transport card in Apple Wallet. Suzhou and Changzhou transport cards can be used and receive the same five-percent discount described by the official guide.
